? PU103 is a high-temperature resistant integrated composite ink resin used for manufacturing benzene and ketone free gravure printing ink. The resin has excellent comprehensive performancePU103 resin has excellent pigment wetting properties, especially good dispersibility to carbon black, good adhesion to substrates, high composite strength, strong fatigue resistance, and is not prone to knife lines and smudges, making it suitable for manufacturing high-speed printing inks.
? PU103 has good compatibility with similar polyurethane, nitrocellulose resin, chloroacetic acid resin, PVB resin, EVA resin, and aldehyde ketone resin on the market
The solubility of PU103 resin in ester solvents is very good. It is recommended to reduce the proportion of alcohol solvents appropriately in the formula to achieve the best performance. The addition amount in the ink formula is 30% -40%.
