【Performance and features】
? ? ?CB-2040U is a Polymer Dispersant for UV offset printing inks, which is composed of pigment anchoring groups and solvated polar long chain segments. It is a Dispersant similar to Lubrizol 24000. It has good dispersion and viscosity reduction effect. Because CB-2040U has mainly alkaline groups in the molecular chain, so it is mainly used to disperse acidic Organic Pigments and acidic carbon black. Because there are some acidic groups in the molecule, it is also suitable for dispersing neutral alkaline carbon black, alkaline inorganic pigments and titanium dioxide.

【How to use】
? ? ?You can first use a solvent to make CB-2040U into a 20%--30% dispersant liquid, and then add it to the grinding base material for dispersion and grinding; you can also directly add it to the mixture of grinding base materials for dispersion and grinding.For some difficult-to-grind pigments such as high-pigment carbon black, you can first mix and disperse CB-2040U with pigments and solvents, then soak them overnight or for 8 hours before grinding.
